摘要:
为保证气藏型储气库安全运营,保障天然气储配调峰系统的正常运转,对气藏型储气库进行完整性管理及风险识别。明确气藏型地下储气库完整性管理的对象为地面站场系统、储气库井、地质体3大模块,以地质体完整性管理为气藏型储气库完整性管理的特点及难点,并基于管道完整性管理的理念;提出气藏型储气库完整性管理的6步循环:数据采集,单元识别,风险评价,完整性评价,维修与维护,效能评价。研究结果表明:三大模块的完整性管理是储气库完整性管理的基础,地质体完整性管理为储气库完整性管理的重点,六步循环贯穿在气藏型储气库完整性管理每个工作环节中。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the safe operation of gas reservoir type gas storage and guarantee the normal operation of natural gas storage,distribution and peak shaving system,the integrity management and risk identification were carried out on the gas reservoir type gas storage.It was clarified that the objects of integrity management of gas reservoir type underground gas storage were three modules including the ground station system,gas storage wells and geological body,and the integrity management of geological body was the characteristics and difficulties of the integrity management of gas reservoir type gas storage.Based on the idea of pipeline integrity management,a six-step cycle of the integrity management of gas reservoir type gas storage was put forward,including the data acquisition,unit identification,risk assessment,integrity evaluation,repair and maintenance and efficiency evaluation.The research results show that the integrity management of the three modules is the basis of the integrity management of the gas storage,the integrity management of the geological body is the focus of the integrity management of the gas storage,and the six-step cycle runs through the integrity management of the gas storage type gas storage.in each work segment.
