摘要:
为通过管控飞行作风内在影响因素解决飞行员飞行作风不严谨问题,进而提高其职业化水平保障飞行安全,通过理论分析结合飞行员飞行作风内涵提出影响飞行作风的14个内在因素,编制问卷进行调查以获取研究数据并筛选因素,应用探索性因子分析确定出工作特性、生活习惯、人格特质3个维度共12个内在影响因素,构建飞行作风多元线性回归模型定量分析各因素的作用程度。研究结果表明:工作特性、生活习惯和人格特质的标准系数分别为0.338,0.355,0.445,其对飞行员飞行作风的影响程度依次递增,据此结合“X-Y”理论制定从飞行员选拔和人格塑造、习惯养成到教育培训3个方面的飞行作风对策,以对飞行员进行主动与被动结合的系统作风管理。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of less rigorous flying style of the pilots through controlling the intrinsic influencing factors of flying style,and improve their professional level to ensure the flight safety,14 intrinsic factors influencing the flying style were proposed through the theoretical analysis combined with the connotation about the flying style of pilots,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the research data and filtrate the factors.A total of 12 intrinsic influencing factors from 3 dimension of work characteristics,living habits and personality traits were determined by using the exploratory factor analysis,and a multiple linear regression model of flying style was constructed to quantitatively analyze the influence degree of each factor.The results showed that the standard coefficients of work characteristics,living habits and personality traits were 0.338,0.355 and 0.445,respectively,and their influence degree on the flying style of pilots increased successively.On this basis and combined with the “X-Y” theory,the complete countermeasures of flying style were formulated from 3 aspects,including the pilot selection and personality shaping,habit formation,and education and training,so as to carry out the systematic flying style management combining the active and passive for pilots.
