摘要:
为了更好地保障船舶夜航安全,基于船舶夜航光环境的特殊性和船舶夜航的风险性,构建船舶夜航光环境证据理论评价模型。首先,建立以信号灯误导、眩光干扰、频闪污染、光导致疲劳等4个决策层为基础的船舶夜航光环境评价指标体系;其次,运用C-OWA算子处理专家对指标的决策数据,判断光环境对船舶夜航安全的影响程度;最后,将证据理论模型应用于大连大窑湾港的夜航光环境中。结果表明:该光环境安全性高,对船舶夜航安全的影响小。构建的模型为港口、航道以及其他船舶夜航光环境水域安全评价提供了一定的参考依据。
Abstract:
For ensuring the safety of ships navigation at night,the paper is aiming at the particularity of light environment for the ship navigation at night,in order to control the risk of sea light pollution to the ship navigation at night,an evaluation model of evidence theory for the light environment of ship navigation at night was constructed.Firstly,through the analysis of related literature and combined with the characteristics of sea light pollution,an evaluation index system for the light environment of ship navigation at night based on four decisionmaking layers such as signal lamp misdirection,glare interference,stroboscopic pollution and lightinduced fatigue was proposed.Secondly,the C-OWA operator was used to disposal the decision data of experts to the indexes,so as to weaken the subjective influence of experts and improve the accuracy of the index weights.An evaluation model for the light environment of ship navigation at night based on the evidence theory was established.The safety of light environment for the ship navigation at night was judged through the fusion algorithm of evidence information,thus the influence degree of light environment on the safety of ship navigation at night was judged.Finally,the constructed evidence theory model was adopted for the light environment of ship navigation at night in Dayaowan port of Dalian.The results showed that this light environment was safe and had little influence on the safety of ship navigation at night.The results provide certain reference value for the safety evaluation on light environment of port,channel and other ship navigation at night.
