摘要:
针对当前标准作业制定过程中未考虑工人负荷状况的问题,应用能耗预测理论为制定的标准作业提供负荷反馈。结合工效学和仿真技术,基于JACK软件的MEE能耗预测模型进行标准作业负荷仿真和评估;提出仿真模型概念结构设计,并对各部分设计进行详细表述。研究结果表明:该设计可以直接得出标准作业中每个子任务的工人能耗情况,根据总能耗值判断标准作业负荷是否符合人因要求,进而优化标准作业,从作业制度设计上避免工人超负荷作业。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the worker’s load is not considered in the current standard operation formulation process, the energy consumption prediction theory is applied to provide load feedback for the standard operation. Combining ergonomics and simulation technology, the MEE energy consumption prediction model based on JACK is used to simulate and evaluate the standard workload. The conceptual structure of the simulation model is designed, and each part of the design is described. The results show that the design can directly obtain the energy consumption of workers in each subtask in the standard operation, and judge whether the standard operational load meets the requirements of human health requirements according to the total energy consumption of value. This study can improve the standard operation and can solve the problem of overload operation on the design of the operation system.
