为确保高校社区安全管理的精准、高效、便捷,将社区网格化管理的理论和技术引入高校安全管理中,构建“防灾型”高校社区安全管理模式,结合“微安全”微信平台,链接社区全体人员。根据布拉德安全曲线,将“防灾型”高校社区安全管理模式定位在杜邦安全管理第三阶段;采用问卷调查的形式对管理效果进行考察。研究结果表明:事故发生率降低61.42%,事件处理效率提高74.05%,居民满意度达80.2%;“防灾型”网格社区安全管理模式能够对高校安全信息进行系统化管理,实现管理层与执行层的扁平化、联动管理;安全事故伤害率越来越低。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the precise, efficient and convenient safety management of college communities, the theory and technology of community grid management were introduced into the safety management of colleges and universities. A “disasterproof” college community safety management mode was constructed, and all the members of the community were linked by combining with the “microsafety” WeChat platform. According to the Brad’s safety curve, the “disasterproof” college community safety management mode was positioned in the third stage of DuPont safety management, and the management effect was investigated by the questionnaire survey. The results showed that the accident rate reduced by 61.41%, the event processing efficiency increased by 74.05%, and the resident satisfaction reached 80.2%. The “disasterproof” grid community safety management mode could systematically manage the safety information of colleges and universities, and realize the flattening and linkage management of management layer and execution layer. The safety accident injury rate tended to zero more and more, and finally the “zero injury, zero disease, zero accident” safety management objectives of DuPont could be achieved.
