摘要:
为量化分析不安全行为造成的风险,以家具制造过程中易发生的不安全行为为例,建立基于蒙特卡罗方法的不安全行为风险评估模型,对铣床、钻床、锯机、刨床及砂光机5个岗位上的行为风险后果值进行累积概率分布,并运用敏感性分析方法得出每种不安全行为对评估结果的影响程度。研究结果表明:各个工作岗位上发生的不安全行为类别虽有不同,但其行为风险均服从正态分布,砂光机岗位的行为风险最大,其次是锯机、铣床和钻床,刨床岗位的行为风险最小;另外,在与各个岗位行为风险相关的不安全行为中,“操作错误,忽视安全,忽视警告”、“使用不安全设备”和“手代替工具操作”这3种不安全行为对工作岗位行为风险的影响较大。
Abstract:
In order to quantitatively analyze the risk caused by the unsafe behavior, a risk assessment model of unsafe behavior based on the Monte Carlo method was established by taking the unsafe behavior being easy to occur during the furniture manufacturing process as the example. The cumulative probability distribution on the consequence values of behavioral risk at five working posts including the milling machine, drilling machine, sawing machine, planing machine and sanding machine were carried out, and the influence degree of each unsafe behavior on the assessment results were obtained by using the sensitivity analysis method. The results showed that the categories of unsafe behavior at each working post were different, but all the behavioral risk obeyed the normal distribution. The behavioral risk at the post of sanding machine was the greatest, following with the sawing machine, milling machine and drilling machine, and the behavioral risk at the post of planing machine was the least. Besides, among the unsafe behavior related to the behavioral risk at each working post, three types of unsafe behavior had the greater influence on the behavioral risk at the working posts, including the operation mistake, ignoring safety and warning, the usage of unsafe equipments and the operation with hand instead of tools.
