摘要:
针对在突发事件应急决策中,属性权重信息完全未知且决策信息以单值中智集形式给出的多属性群体决策问题,提出1种基于多准则妥协解排序的应急群体决策方法。利用中智熵确定属性权重,基于单值中智数模糊性测度确定专家权重,利用单值中智集加权平均算子集结群体信息;将VIKOR方法扩展到单值中智数环境下,对备选方案进行排序择优;最后,通过1个应急突发事件案例验证决策方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of multi-attribute group decision making with the completely unknown attribute weight information and the decision making information presented as the form of single valued neutrosophic sets (SVNS) in emergency decision making, an emergency group decision making method based on VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) was put forward. The attribute weights were determined by using the entropy of neutrosophic sets, and the weights of experts were determined based on fuzziness measurement of SVNS. The group decision making information was assembled by using the SVNS weighted averaging operator. The VIKOR method was extended to the environment of SVNS, and the alternative schemes were sorted and pre-ferred. Finally, the practicality and effectiveness of the emergency group decision making method were verified through an emergency case, and an emergency decision making support system based on the proposed method was developed.
