摘要:
调查重点行业企业在用呼吸防护用品质量状况,发现主要问题并研究对策,促进对呼吸防护用品的监督管理。对106家企业进行问卷调查,并随机抽样37家企业对在用69种呼吸防护用品进行检测。所有企业均配发了呼吸防护用品,样品合格率为40.58%,LA认证率33.33%。防尘口罩过滤效率和泄漏率的合格率较低(40.38%和48.08%),且国内外品牌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);防毒口罩防护时间合格率35.29%,防护时间、过滤元件通气阻力(30 L/Min和95 L/Min)的国内外品牌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Abstract:
To investigate the quality status of existing respiratory protective equipments in key industries and enterprises, and find out main problems and countermeasures to promote the supervision and management on respiratory protective equipments, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 106 enterprises, and the detection was carried out on 69 kinds of existing respiratory protective equipment in 37 enterprises, which were selected by random sampling. It showed that all the enterprises issued respiratory protective equipments. The qualified rate of samples was 40.58%, and the LA certification rate was 33.33%. For dust masks, the qualified rate of filtration efficiency and leakage rate were lower (40.38% and 48.08%), and the difference between domestic and foreign brand had the statistical significance (P<0.05). For gas mask, the qualified rate of protective time was 35.29%, and the difference between domestic and foreign brand in protective time and airflow resistance of filter element (30 L/Min and 95 L/Min) had the statistical significance (P<0.05).
