摘要:
针对城市加油站储存有大量易燃、易爆油品,容易引发火灾爆炸事故的情况,通过对加油站事故案例的数据统计,分析得出加油站事故存在的主要风险以及导致城市加油站火灾事故发生的原因。基于风险管理的理念,对城市加油站火灾风险进行分级研究。借鉴相关风险评估研究成果,首先提出加油站火灾风险分级指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重并予以量化,据此构建加油站火灾风险分级模型,通过模型得出加油站火灾风险等级,为安全监察部门开展工作提供依据。
Abstract:
In view of the situation that city gas station easily causes fire and explosion accident by storing a large number of inflammable and explosive products, the main risks existing in gas station accidents and the main reasons leading fire accidents of city gas stations were analysed by data statistics of gas station accident cases.Based on the risk management philosophy, the research on fire risk rank of city gas station was carried out. By drawing on related risk assessment results, the index system of fire risk rank for city gas station was put forward firstly. Secondly, the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was applied to determine the index weight and make index quantified. Then a rank model of city gas station fire risk was established, which can display the risk rank of gas station, and provide basis for the work of rank safety inspection departments.
