摘要:
目前，我国化工园区加速发展，从基于风险角度考虑企业准入化工园区的规范和流程相对滞后，导致准入化工园区的企业参差不齐，使企业在准入园区后存在较多安全隐患。针对我国化工园区发展的现状，分析了准入模型建立的必要性、准入现状和准入原则;研究思路从对准入企业的风险分析、综合指标分析和准入后企业对整个化工园区安全容量的影响着手，阐述了具体的准入模型，并对模型进行了说明。最后提出下一步研究的重点，为我国目前企业准入化工园区提供了理论依据和现实指导意义。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of chemical parks in China,the norms and processes for enterprise access of chemical parks from the perspective of risk are far behind, which makes enterprise access of chemical parks are uneven, and more risks exist in the enterprises after access the parks.The requirements of chemical parks were described, the necessity of establishing access model,access status quo and access principles were anzlyzed. By considering the research ideas from risks analysis,composite indicator analysis and the enterprises influence to entire chemical parks security capacity, a specific model was explained and described. At last, the focus of future research was proposed. It provides a theoretical basis and practical guiding significance.
