从人-机-环境系统工程(MMESE)理论出发,列出了高速铁路运营系统的人员、机器、环境三要素的具体内容,建立了人-机-环境(MME)系统可靠度数学模型,分析指出高速铁路运营系统的可靠度与“人”子系统的初始失效率、“人”子系统的学习率、“机”子系统的失效率函数、“环境”子系统的质量及可靠性参数、系统的实际运营时间等因素有关。从MME系统可靠度模型出发,分析了“723”甬温线动车事故发生的主要原因以及留给人们的启示。
Abstract:
From the manmachineenvironment system engineering (MMESE) theory, the contents of three elements including "man, machines, environment" of highspeed railway operation system were listed, and a manmachinesenvironment (MME) system reliability mathematical model was established. It showed that highspeed railway operation system reliability was related to those factors: the “man” subsystem initial failure rate; the “man” subsystem learning rate, the “machine” subsystem failure rate function, the “environment” subsystem quality and reliability parameters; the system actually operation time. From the view of MME system reliability model, the causes of "723" YongWen line railway traffic accident was analyzed and the enlightenment was acquired.
