摘要:
结合火电厂脱硝工艺特点与液氨的毒理特性,分析了选择性催化还原烟气脱硝系统液氨的储存与使用可能潜在的生产安全事故风险;计算了设定液氨泄漏场景下的事故后果,用于液氨泄漏事故的预测、预警及应急救援。并结合电厂安全管理特点及存在的问题,从工艺系统监控、液氨储运、应急处置等方面,提出了必要的防范与应急措施建议。
Abstract:
According to the toxicological properties of liquid ammonia and the characteristics of the DeNOx process, the potential accident risk of liquid ammonia storage and use in the SCR flue gas DeNOx system are analyzed. The accident consequences of the set ammonia leakage scenario are calculated for the prediction, early warning and emergency rescue of the liquid ammonia leakage accident. Combined with the characteristics of power plant safety management and the existing problems, the necessary suggestion on prevention and emergency measures are put forward from the process system monitoring, liquid ammonia storage, emergency disposal and other aspects.
