摘要:
三维激光扫描技术是从上世纪90年代开始兴起的新型非接触、主动测量技术;它克服了传统测量技术单点测量、速度慢,对测量环境要求高等缺点;采用激光扫描方式快速获取高精度的三维点云数据,受环境和时间的影响相对较小。在煤矿安全生产领域,三维激光扫描仪已经被广泛应用于三维建模、变形监测和空间结构测量、计算等,其测量速度快、精度高、操作简单等优势使得煤矿的生产安全性得以提高,在实践中取得了良好的效果。通过对国内外具体案例的分析,总结了三维激光扫描仪当前在煤矿安全生产领域中的应用方式,并对其潜在应用方向做出了展望。
Abstract:
3D laser scanning technology is a new noncontact and active measurement technique rising in 1990s. It overcomes the shortcoming of single point measurement, inefficiency and high measurement environment demanding in traditional measurement techniques. It has the advantage of quick access to the highprecision threedimensional point cloud data and relatively small effects of environment and time constraints. In the field of coal mine production safety, threedimensional laser scanner has been widely applied to threedimensional modeling, deformation monitoring and spatial structure calculations and so on. Its rapid measurement, high precision, simple operation, and other advantages improve safety of the coal mine production, and have achieved good results in practice. Through the analysis of specific cases at home and abroad, the apply styles of threedimensional laser scanner in the field of coal mine production safety were summarized. Based on these studies, the potential application direction of threedimensional laser scanner was predicted.
