摘要:
在危险品运输过程中,时间、成本、风险是运输企业需要考虑的三个重要因素。在给定运输起点和终点并且具有时间窗约束的情况下,选择运输路径时,综合考虑了运输时间、运输成本和运输风险,将其确立为三个目标向量。根据运输任务,确定可行的运输路径,利用灰色关联度理论从其中找出最优路径,为危险品运输企业选择运输路径提供参考。
Abstract:
In the transportation of dangerous goods, time, cost and risk are three important factors that transportation enterprise need to consider. Under the condition of given beginning and end point and having time window bound, the transportation time, transportation costs and transportation risk were comprehensively, considers, which were established as the three objective vector when choosing transportation route. According to transportation tasks, it can determine the feasible transport paths, from which the optimal route can be found out based on the theory of gray correlative degree, which provides the reference for the transportation enterprises to choose transportation route.
