摘要:
针对油管静水试压装置存在的压力失衡、故障多、工作效率低等问题,分析了系统中的故障易发环节和危险性,提出了安全控制系统的结构,剖析了主系统和子系统的工作原理及机制,设计开发了集实时监控、预警报警、故障诊断、数据管理、安全分析以及实时报表等功能于一体的安全控制系统。系统在试压应用过程中,提供了完善的系统安全运行信息,改善了操作人员的安全工作环境,显著提高了油管试压效率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems such as unbalance in pressure, frequent occurrence of faults, low work efficiency in tubing hydraulic pressure experiment euipment, the faults departments and the risks in the system were analyzed, and the composition of safe control system was put forward. Also, the work theory and mechanism of the main system and the subsystem were analyzed. The safe control system was designed and developed with the functions of realtime monitor, early warning and alarming, fault diagnosis, data management, safety analysis, realtime report and so on. The system offered the comprehensive safe running information, improved the safe work environment of the operating personnel and increased the work efficiency of the tubing hydraulic pressure experiment equipment in the application.
