摘要:
以城市公共建筑物火灾评估指标体系为基础,针对公共建筑物火灾的特点,给出城市公共建筑物防范能力综合评价的各个指标权重的确定方法及评分原则,使用两阶段综合评价模型确定评分,有针对性的选取部分指标进行综合评价,从而简化评价过程,凸显主要问题,确保评价结果的科学性和实用性。此外还给出了城市公共建筑物火灾防范能力的等级, 为城市公共建筑物火灾防范能力提供等级标准,为城市公共建筑物火灾防范能力提供合理的建议与管理,有利于提高城市公共建筑物的火灾防范能力。
Abstract:
On the basis of "Fire Disaster Assessment Index System of City Public Building" ,according to the characteristics of fire in public buildings, the determining method for the weights of various indicators and scoring principles of fire prevention capacity evaluation of urban public buildings were prosented the twostage comprehensive evaluation model was applied to determine the score, targeted selection of some indicators was conducted to make a comprehensive evaluation, in order to simplify the evaluation process, make the main problems in the system prominently, ensure that the evaluation results is scientific and practical. And the level of fire prevention capacity of urban public building was given which provides a grade standards for fire prevention capacity of urban public buildings, and provides reasonable advice and management for it. It is helpful to improve the fire prevention capacity of urban public buildings.
