摘要:
基于我国金属非金属矿山安全标准化研究和开展的现状,对国内外几个较典型的安全标准化考核体系进行对比;按照《金属非金属矿山安全标准化规范》中14个核心要素的要求,以其相似性归类,通过设问、规定分值及设定等级,建立了一套安全标准化考核体系;并在此基础上开发金属非金属矿山安全标准化管理信息系统,研讨了系统的三个基本模块,应用.NET技术实现了系统的导入、展示、维护、统计等功能,为矿山企业提供一个规范化、标准化的考核及信息管理平台,使安全标准化在企业得以实现。
Abstract:
The conduction of the metal and nonmetal mining safety standardization in our country was introduced, and several typical safety standardized evaluation systems at home and abroad were compared. A safety standardized evaluation system in metal and nonmetal mining was established through raising questions, score provisions and setting levels, which was in accordance with the 14 core essential factors in the Standardized Specification of Work Safety for metal and nonmetal mining with their similarity classification. With this basis, a management information system on metal and nonmetal mining safety standardization was derveloped, three basic modules in the system were discussed including the safety index management module, the comprehensive safety management module and the safety production management module, and the import, display, maintenance, statistics, and other functions of the system were realized by using the .NET technique. Therefore, large amounts of safety standardized data could be dealt and analyzed in the system and evaluation grade of the metal and nonmetal mine would come out eventually. This system provides mine enterprises with a standardized examination and information management platform, contributes to promote the work of safety standardization and improves the level of safety management which realizes the safety standardization in the enterprises.
