摘要:
随着我国城市建设的快速发展,建筑正不断地向高空发展,城市高层、超高层建筑的数量日益增多。然而,高层建筑在朝向现代化、大型化和多功能化发展的同时,也由于楼层高、功能复杂、设备繁多,在火灾发生时不能像一般建筑从外部灭火,给扑救工作和人员疏散带来了困难。本文作者对火灾进行了分类分级,建立了火灾蔓延模型,依据高层建筑火灾发生发展的一般特点和基层中队进行灭火救援的基本要求,针对不同过火面积等不同情况,提出了高层建筑火灾第一救援力量调派方案,建立了增援力量模型,有利于快速生成救援力量方案,为消防队有效调度和科学利用消防资源,以最小的代价、最大限度的减轻人民生命财产损失和实现快速灭火提供了有力帮助。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of city construction in our country, the building is constantly developing toward high altitude space, the number of the highrise building and the super highrise building is increasing day by day. However, high rise building fire can not be extinguished like general building, which can be done from the external, because of high floor, complex function and various devices, which brings great difficulty to fire personnel while high rise building is developing toward modern, large scale and multi function. The fires were classified and graded separately in this paper, and the fire spread model was established by author. Dispatching plan of the first fire rescue force toward to different fire area on highrise building fire was proposed, and reinforcement model was established, based on the general characteristics of the highrise building fire occurrence and development, and the basic requirements of fire fighting and rescue, so that the fire departments quickly generate the fire fighting rescue plan,which has great help for fire brigades to effectively dispatch fire force and scientifically use fire resources, in order to minimize the loss of life and property with minimal cost, and achieve to quickly extinguish fire.
