摘要:
从高层建筑火灾事故出发,对造成高层建筑火灾事故的本质原因、间接原因和直接原因三个方面进行了深入的分析研究,在借鉴事故致因理论基础上,结合我国高层建筑火灾事故特点和目前高层建筑消防安全的现状,构建了科学合理的事故致因模型。依据火灾事故致因模型提出了相应的控制和预防建筑火灾事故发生的具体对策和措施。
Abstract:
Based on high-rise building fire accident, the reasons are analyzed thoroughly from the three aspects of essential, indirect, and immediate reasons. Taking accisent-causing theoretical basis for reference, combining with characteristics and present situation of high-rise building fire accident, the modle of high-rise building fire accident is constructed scientific and reasonable. According to the high-rise building fire accident modle, the corresponding specific countermeasure and measures controlling and preventing the high-rise building fire accident were proposed.
