摘要:
纵观企业安全管理发展的基本历程,大体可以分为“自然本能、制度约束、自主管理、团队文化”四个阶段。各企业安全管理发展的阶段参差不齐,大部分企业处于由“制度约束”向“自主管理”阶段过渡的时期。推进安全自主型员工队伍建设,加强安全自主管理,符合企业安全管理发展的基本规律。通过推进安全自主型员工队伍建设,员工自我管理、自主创新、自动协同、自我进取、自觉工作的能力会得到加强,变上级要求为自觉行动、变他律为自律、变事故管控为隐患管控、变制度约束为自主管理,从而实现由“要我安全、我要安全、我会安全到我做安全”的根本转变,进一步夯实企业的基础安全管理工作。
Abstract:
Throughout enterprise’s safety management development, the basic course can be divided into "natural instincts, institutional constraints, independent management, team culture" four stages. Each enterprise’s safety management stage of development is uneven, most of the enterprise is in the "institutional constraints" to "independent management" phase transition period. Improve the safety independent staff construction, strengthen safety independent management, accord with enterprise’s safety management the basic laws of development. Through promoting safety independent staff construction, employee self-management, independent innovation, automatic synergy, self enterprising, consciously strengthen the ability to work will get higher requirements, changed to consciously action, variable heteronomy for self-discipline, variable accident control for hidden trouble, variable institutional constraints for independent management, thus realize the integrative "want me to be safe, I want to be safe, I’d be safe to I do safe", further consolidate fundamental changes to the safety management of enterprise’s foundation.
