摘要:
以具有工业以太网接口的井下监控分站为核心,搭建从监控计算机到井下监控分站间完全基于工业以太网的瓦斯监控系统。监控系统硬件选用两台数据采集计算机通过双机冗余方式专门采集数据,存入数据库服务器供其余监控计算机调用。监控系统软件由专门数据采集软件KingOPCServer、工业实时数据库KingHistorian、工控软件Kingview6.53组成了完全基于以太网网络的软件体系。新型矿井瓦斯监控系统可以以最小成本实现对各类早期瓦斯监控系统的升级,将原瓦斯监控系统传输速率提升到100Mbps以上,更便于与IP视频电话系统、工业电视系统、人员安全检测系统、人员定位等系统的综合布设。
