摘要:
在国内外粉尘危害事件频发的背景下,本文通过系统收集国内外报道的典型粉尘危害事件,探讨了粉尘危害事件的基本特征,并从政府、企业和技术发展3个层面对造成这些粉尘危害事件的成因进行分析。
Abstract:
More and more dust hazard incidents were reported at home and abroad. By collecting dust hazard incidents reported by home and abroad media, were explored a brief introduction on the basic characteristics of dust hazard incidents was taken, and the main causes were explored in three ways including government,enterprise and technological development. 
