摘要:
创建国际先进供电水平活动，安全生产是一项核心任务。广东电网广州供电局在全面推进安全生产风险管理体系的建设中，将安全管理例行工作与企业的日常工作紧密结合，形成强化安全管理的若干措施，大力推动安全管理，从强制性阶段逐步向个性化、团队化目标发展。
Abstract:
Safety production is considered as a core task when we try our best to reach international advanced level of power supply. At present Guangzhou power supply bureau which belongs to Guangzhou Grid Company was building risk management system of the safety production, in this way it was necessary to combine safety management routine work with the daily work of company, to formulate some measures of strengthening safety management, to promote the safety management positively and to develop from the stage of compulsory to the stage of individuation and team goals gradually.
