摘要:
本文首先搜集和整理了208项非煤矿山安全标准和308项特种设备中的起重机械标准,对两类标准的管理情况、制修订年限、强制性、基础性、技术性等方面进行了全面梳理。通过上述比对分析,总结了非煤矿山和特种设备中起重机械标准的相似和不同之处,并提出了今后非煤矿山安全生产标准制修订方面的建议。
Abstract:
In this paper, 208 noncoal mine standard and 308 special equipment standard, comparison and analysis were conducted on two types of standards in the aspects of management, revision number of years, the mandatory, basic, and technical Charactenstic. Through comparison and analysis, the same and difference contents of noncoal mine standard and special equipment standard were summarized, and the advice of revision of noncoal mine standard were suggested.
