摘要:
为助力灌区现代化建设,提高灌区安全管理水平,首先基于事故致因理论和危险源相关理论视角,对灌区的安全管理需求进行分析,提出建设数字孪生灌区的必要性。其次,通过构建灌区数字孪生系统的主要框架,明晰数字孪生技术参与灌区安全管理的主要流程与要点。最后,以赵口引黄灌区二期工程为例,进行应用展示。研究结果表明:数字孪生技术可以在灌区安全管理的多个阶段产生积极作用,有效降低事故发生概率和事故影响程度。研究结果可为相关水利工程的数字孪生应用提供理论框架和技术参考。
Abstract:
In order to support the modernization construction of irrigation area and improve the level of safety management on irrigation area,firstly,based on the theory of accident causes and hazardous sources,the safety management needs of irrigation area were analyzed,and the necessity of constructing the digital twin irrigation area was proposed.Secondly,through constructing the main framework of digital twin system of irrigation area,the main process and key points of digital twin technology participating in the safety management of irrigation area were clarified.Finally,taking Zhaokou Phase II Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area as an example,the application demonstration was conducted.The results show that the digital twin technology can play a positive role in multiple stages of the safety management of irrigation area and reduce the probability of accidents.The research results can provide the feasible theoretical framework and technical support for the application of digital twin in similar water conservancy projects.
