摘要:
为促进钢铁行业信息化融合发展和提高安全生产水平,分析数字化时代背景下钢铁行业安全管控的新形势和新需求,结合工业互联网的技术优势研究安全生产管控的赋能途径,构建“工业互联网+钢铁厂安全生产”管控系统架构,阐述该架构关键基础设施和技术支撑,提出转炉厂连铸作业场景安全生产数字化管控解决方案。研究结果表明:“工业互联网+安全生产”的融合创新模式可以促进钢铁行业安全生产管控体系态势感知、实时监测、超前预警、应急处置和系统评估能力提升。研究结果可为提高钢铁行业安全生产数字化、网络化和智能化水平提供理论指导并对其应用模式提供深入探索的参考依据,对促进钢铁行业信息化融合发展和提升安全生产水平有一定促进作用。
Abstract:
In order to promote the integration and development of information technology in steel industry and improve the level of safety in production,the new situation and new requirements of safety management and control in the steel industry under the background of digital era is analized.Combined with the technical advantages of Industry Internet,this study studies the ways to enable safety production management and control,constructs the management and control system architecture of “work safety of steel plants combined with Industry Internet” expounds the key infrastructure and technical support of the architecture,and puts forward the digital management and control solution of safety production in continuous casting operation scene of steel plant.The result shows that the integrated innovation model of “work safety of steel plants combined with Industry Internet” can promote the improvement of situation awareness,real-time monitoring,advanced warning,emergency response and system evaluation capabilities of the safety management and control system of the steel industry.The study results are intended to provide theoretical guidance for improving the level of digitalization,networking and intellectualization of safety production in the steel industry and conduct in-depth exploration of its application mode,which will play a certain role in promoting the integrated development of informatization in the steel industry and improving the level of safety production.
