摘要:
为明晰行为安全管理研究与实践的基本框架,从而为行为安全管理提供新的思路、依据和方法,针对已有行为安全模型存在的缺陷,对行为安全管理元模型开展构造与演绎研究。首先,直接从安全行为本体出发,结合心理学与行为科学相关知识,构造行为安全管理元模型;其次,详细剖析行为安全管理元模型的基本内涵,并扼要概述行为安全管理元模型的应用价值。研究结果表明:行为安全管理元模型的主体部分,是组织系统之中安全行为主体相关安全行为的产生及作用过程,可阐明行为安全管理研究实践的基本程式与框架,促进行为安全管理研究与实践。
Abstract:
To make a clear comprehension about the basic framework for the study and practice of behavior-based safety (BBS) management, thus provide the new ideas, basis and methods for BBS management, the study on the construction and deduction of BBS management meta-model were carried out aiming at the defects of the existing BBS models. Firstly, with reference to the relevant knowledge of psychology and behavior science, a BBS management meta-model was constructed starting from the safety behavior ontology directly. Secondly, the basic connotation of the BBS management meta-model were analyzed in detail, and a brief introduction on the application value of the BBS management meta-model was given. The results showed that the main body of the BBS management meta-model was the generation and action process of relevant safety behavior of safety behavior subject in the organizational system, and it can illustrate the basic procedure and framework for the study and practice of BBS management, and significantly promote the study and practice of BBS management.
