摘要:
为了完善采油厂实现油气集输联合站变更管理的信息化,减少变更活动中人工操作的工作量。提出了基于Web的变更管理系统架构方案,并运用Java技术及SQL数据库技术研发出变更管理信息系统。系统能够实现变更申请审批、变更风险评估、变更现场监督、变更历史记录查询以及变更作业票管理等功能,并在某油田多个油气集输联合站得到应用。应用结果表明,基于Web的变更管理系统具有较好的现场应用性,能够切实提高联合站变更管理的效率,有效地发挥变更管理在规章制度更新、过程工艺改进以及工作场所变化等方面的优势,从而通过进一步完善联合站安全管理体系,最终为企业安全生产提供工具化支持。
Abstract:
In order to improve the realization of informatization about management of change (MOC) for oil and gas gathering and transportation joint station in oil production plant, and reduce the work load of manual operation in MOC, an system architecture scheme for management of change based on Web was put forward, and the information system about management of change was developed by using the Java and SQL database technologies. The functions such as change application approval, change risk assessment, change field supervision, change historical record query and change operation permit management etc., were realized in the system, and it was applied in several oil and gas gathering and transportation joint stations of a certain oil field. The application results showed that the system about management of change based on Web has better field applicability. It can improve the efficiency in management of change for joint station, exploit the advantages of MOC in regulations update, process improvement and work site change and so on, thereby provide an tool support for the work safety of enterprise by farther completing the safety management system of joint station.
