摘要:
为了确定不同应力场(σH型、σHv型和σv型应力场)下巷道围岩的稳定性,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,通过对巷道围岩的应力和塑性区分布特征的分析,综合评价不同巷道布置方向巷道围岩的稳定性。研究结果表明:σH型和σHv型应力场,巷道与最大水平主应力夹角在0°~40°水平应力峰值处于较低的应力状态,夹角在50°~90°水平应力峰值处于较高的应力状态应力,夹角在40°~50°水平应力峰值急剧上升;σv型应力场,水平应力峰值呈缓慢上升趋势;确定巷道的最佳布置方位与理论分析相一致。以常村矿为应用实例,进一步验证了结论的正确性,为矿井合理的巷道布置提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
In order to determine the stability of roadway surrounding rock under different types of stress fields (σH, σHv and σv types), the combined method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of stress and plastic zone in roadway surrounding rock, and the stability of roadway surrounding rock under different roadway layout directions was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that for the σH stress field and σHv stress field, the horizontal stress peak was low when the angle between the maximum horizontal main stress and roadway ranged from 0° to 40°, and the horizontal stress peak was high when the angle ranged from 50° to 90°, while the horizontal stress peak increased quickly when the angle ranged from 40° to 50°. For the σv stress field, the horizontal stress peak presented a slow increase trend. The best layout orientation of roadway determined by numerical simulation was consistent with that of theoretical analysis. Taking Changcun coal mine as application example, the correctness of conclusions were further verified. It provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable roadway arrangement in coal mine.
