摘要:
个体安全行为能力不足是导致不安全行为发生的主要原因之一。为有效预防和控制矿工不安全行为,减少煤矿事故发生,运用试验测量和方差分析的方法,通过对30岁以下、31~40岁和41岁以上3个年龄组矿工进行试验测量和方差对比分析,研究不同年龄阶段矿工安全行为能力之间是否具有差异性。结果表明:41岁以上年龄段矿工的安全行为能力显著低于40岁以下矿工的安全行为能力;矿工的安全行为能力与其年龄之间呈现倒U形关系,安全行为能力高峰出现在31~40岁年龄段,且具有以下差异:30岁以下矿工和41岁以上矿工的空间知觉能力具有显著差异;40岁以下矿工与41岁以上矿工的声光反应能力存在显著差异。
Abstract:
Lacking of individual safety behavior capacity is one of the main causes of unsafe behaviors. In order to effectively prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of miners, and reduce the accidents in coal mines, by using the methods of test measurement and variance analysis, the difference in safety behavior capacity between different age groups of miners was studied between three age groups: under age of 30 years, 31 to 40 years, and 41years or older. The results showed that the safety behavior capacity of miners aged 41 years or older is significantly lower than that of miners under age of 30 years. An inverted U-shaped relationship presents between safety behavior capacity and age of miners, and the peak of safety behavior capacity appears in 31 to 40 years of age. There are the following difference: the space perception capacity has significant difference between miners under age of 30 years and miners aged 41 years or older, and the sound and light reaction capacity has significant difference between miners under age of 40 years and miners aged 41 years or older.
