摘要:
石油化验室存在毒物种类多,毒物发生源多且不固定,逐一分析了毒物的来源以及职业病危害防护措施存在的主要问题及原因。最终给出了化验室采用既可高效通风排毒,又可满足工艺要求,且不影响工人操作、节能环保的不同形式推挽式通风排毒系统。并通过化学试剂柜顶部设置局部排风罩,使化学试剂柜内形成微负压系统的职业病危害工程防护。
Abstract:
There are much different dangerous chemicals in refinery laboratory. Laboratory toxicant concentration often exceeds the standard. It has a variety of causes, including: 1 The sampler and open vessel are difficult to be placed in the ventilation cabinet; 2Cleaning analysis instrument need ventilation and waste liquid pool, and some experiments have special requirements for wind speed; 3 Conventional ventilation cabinet affect the worker operation. The routine respiratory protective equipments have difficult in protection effect for the dozens of chemical toxicants at the same time. So laboratory occupation hazard is serious. In this paper the sources of poison, the main problems and reasons of protective measures against occupational hazards were analyzed. And last, the protection measures were put forward including: 1Installing push-pull ventilation system which can be efficient, ventilation, energy saving, environmental protection and can meet the requirements of technology, and does not influence the operation; 2 Arranging local exhaust hood on the top of chemical reagent cabinet.
