摘要:
当前我国正处于经济社会的转型期，基于当前的安全生产形势更加需要从系统化、宏观化、战略化的科学角度对员工个体安全能力进行规划。使用系统论的思想，采用微观宏观的分层阐述方法，从员工个体安全能力及其增长机制的角度入手，提出了一套围绕个体安全能力增长的规划思路。形成了个体安全能力从微观层次到宏观层次的联系纽带，为进一步基于反馈学习机制的个体安全能力及其涌现规律的研究提供了灵活的接口，为后续基于个体安全能力理论进行安全管理的实践提供了理论支持。
Abstract:
The safety production situation in transition period calls from security capabilities of individual employees from the scientific perspective of systematic, macro and strategic scientific. The individual security from the aspects of the individual security capabilities and its growth mechanism were analyzed and established, then the idea of security planning for individual security capabilities growth from the micro to the macro was put forward. The contact link of individual security capabilities from the micro level to the macro level was formed, which provides a flexible interface for further research of the individual security capacities and emergent law that based on the feedback learning mechanisms, which offers help for followup security management practice based on the theory of individual security capabilities.
