摘要:
无论国内、国外的企业,隐患治理工作都是企业安全管理工作的重要一环。国内外石油化工企业为达到保障生产经营平稳安全运转,针对安全设备、设施存在的隐患,投入专项资金,进行隐患治理。我国的隐患治理工作从加强隐患排查,突出重大隐患监控,不断提升安全保障水平入手,为实现企业安全平稳生产奠定了基础。国外隐患治理工作作为风险管理的一部分,具有风险评估和投资决策更量化的特点,可以为我们进一步提升隐患治理工作开拓思路
Abstract:
In order to keep the safe operation of petrochemical plant, the enterprises at home and abroad have tried to find out the hidden risks in device and installation and eliminate the risks. In China, hidden dangers treatment plan included the check, evaluate and control to maximize the level of safety. For abroad petrochemical enterprise, hidden dangers treatment was taken as a part of risk management, which applied quantity method to evaluate the risk. It can help us to improve our safety management.
