运用蒙德法评价模型对催化裂化装置进行评价,在进行补偿系数计算时,忽略消防措施方面的补偿手段,与正常补偿结果进行对比,并结合国家相关的消防规范进行对比性研究,验证消防措施方面的补偿手段对催化裂化装置安全性的贡献作用。以此论证,消防措施对企业安全性的重要,企业更有针对性的进行消防管理与控制,为企业制定有针对性地救援预案提供依据,以防事故的发生,并最大限度地减少事故危害。

The mond process evaluation model was applied on the assessment of catalytic cracker. When carrying on the compensation coefficient computation,
the compensation method
by fire measure, and it was compared with the normal compensation result, and the national related fire prevention standard was unified to conduct the comparison research, in order to confirm the contribution function
by fire prevention measure aspect is important to the catalytic cracker safety. By this proof, the fire measure to enterprise safety, the enterprise can carry on the fire management and the control more targeted. It can provide the basis target oriented for enterprise to formulate the rescue plan, to against accident's occurrence, and reduce the accident harm.
