摘要:
总结了中国森林防火研究与管理现状,分析了森林防火与城市消防在研究与管理方面的差距,提出了城市消防研究与管理方法对森林防火6个方面的借鉴作用:(1)建筑防火分区方法和技术对森林防火分区及隔离带建设技术的借鉴作用;(2)耐火等级思想对降低森林燃烧性的借鉴作用;(3)建筑性能化防火设计方法对森林防火设计的借鉴作用;(4)标准体系建设的借鉴作用;(5)建筑避难层(间)对林区消防安全设施建设的借鉴作用;(6)城市火灾危险源辨识方法对森林火灾危险源辨识方法的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
The paper summarized current research and management situation of forest fire in China, and analyzed the difference between city fire control and forest fire prevention. 6 references of city fire control to forest fire prevention were proposed, namely: 1)reference significance of method and technique of building fire comparting to that of forest fire comparting; 2) reference significance of building fire resistance rating to lowering forest combustibility; 3) reference significance of performance-based fire safety design approach to forest fire prevention design approach; 4) reference significance of standard system construction of city fire control to that of forest fire prevention; 5) reference significance of fire refuge floor construction of building to that of fire safety establishment in forest; 6) reference significance of fire hazard identification method of city to that of forest.
