摘要:
为了解集散控制系统作业安全人机环工程中存在的匹配情况,采用自制《集散控制系统作业安全人机环工程》调查表,对某石化企业390名DCS作业人员进行了问卷调查。结果855%的操作者认为操作室的空气不新鲜,574%的操作者认为DCS操作系统的性能不够完善,553%的操作者认为DCS操作劳动强度大,905%的操作者认为DCS显示屏产生直接眩光,872%的操作者认为下肢活动空间过小,852%的操作者认为下肢活动深度过浅,727%操作者认为下肢活动高度过低,566%的操作者认为装置区的噪声对控制室有影响。由此得出结论,集散控制系统在人-机-环诸方面不同程度的存在失配。
Abstract:
In order to find out the matching conditions of the safe ManequipmentEnvironment engineering for the operating in distributed control system. Using selfdesigned questionnaire named The safe ManEquipmentEnvironment engineering for the operating in the distributed control system, in some petrochemical enterprise, about 390 operators have carried on the survey. Result Conclusion To 855% manipulators, the air in operation room is not fresh; to 574% manipulators, the capability of the DCS operating system is not perfect; to 553% manipulators, the DCS operating is laborintensive; to 905% manipulators, the ray of DCS display screen is dazzling; to 872% manipulators, the crura activity space is too small; to 852% manipulators, the crura activity space depth is not enough, to 727% manipulators, the crura activity height is too low; and to 566% manipulators, the noise of the equipment device impacts the operating room. There are some mismatchings on aspects of ManEquipmentEnvironment of the object distributed control system in the different degree of problem.
