摘要:
为探索消除或降低管制员工作负荷压力,减少其对认知能力消极影响,引入技能自评为调节变量,构建技能自评在管制员工作负荷压力与认知能力间的调节效应模型。选取204名管制员为被试,通过问卷收集其工作负荷压力、认知能力及技能自评的数据,对模型进行验证。研究结果表明:管制员工作负荷压力对认知能力存在消极影响;技能自评可缓解管制员工作负荷压力对认知能力的消极影响。其中,智力技能自评可缓解管制员的思考负荷压力、通信负荷压力对认知能力的消极影响。研究结果可为管制单位减弱管制员工作负荷压力对认知能力的消极影响,实现工作负荷压力阈值的提升提供参考与借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to explore how to eliminate or reduce the workload pressure of air traffic controllers and reduce its negative impact on cognitive ability,the skills self-assessment was introduced as the moderating variable,and a model on the moderating effect of skills self-assessment on the relationship between the workload pressure and cognitive ability of controllers was established.A total of 204 controllers were selected as subjects,and the data of their workload pressure,cognitive ability and skills self-assessment were collected through questionnaires to verify the model.The results showed that the controllers’ workload pressure had negative effect on the cognitive ability,and the skills self-assessment could alleviate the negative effect of controllers’ workload pressure on cognitive ability.Among them,the intellectual skills self-assessment could alleviate the negative effect of thinking load pressure and communication load pressure on cognitive ability of controllers.The research results can provide reference for the control unit to reduce the negative effect of the controllers’ workload pressure on the cognitive ability and realize the improvement of workload pressure threshold.
