摘要:
为解决缓倾斜煤层石门揭煤过程中钻孔施工工程量大、抽采周期长、抽采效果不佳等问题,在对比分析前人提出的钻孔优化理念基础上,提出面积法优化缓倾斜煤层揭煤钻孔布置方式,并利用层次分析法,分别从安全可靠性、施工工程量、钻孔均匀性、工程投资、建设工期等5个指标对3种方案进行考察,优选出最佳揭煤实施方案。同时,通过COMSOL软件模拟面积法钻孔布置方案的可靠性。研究结果表明:利用面积法设计钻孔进行缓倾斜煤层揭煤设计是最佳区域防突方案,量化得分0.344,优于其他2种区域防突方案量化结果,且数值模拟得出煤层瓦斯压力抽采至0.74 MPa以下所需要的时间为67~85 d。该钻孔布置方式可为缓倾斜煤层石门揭煤提供理论指导。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of large amount of borehole construction,long drainage period,and poor drainage effect during the process of rock cross-cut coal uncovering in the gently inclined coal seam,based on the comparison and analysis of the borehole optimization concepts proposed by previous scholars,the optimization of coal uncovering boreholes layout in gently inclined coal seam based on area method was proposed.The analytic hierarchy process method was used to investigate three schemes from five indicators including safety and reliability,construction volume,uniformity of boreholes,project investment and construction period,and the best implementation scheme of coal uncovering was optimally selected.At the same time,the reliability of the boreholes layout scheme based on area method was simulated by COMSOL software.The results showed that using the area method to design the boreholes for the coal uncovering design in gently inclined coal seam was the best regional outburst prevention scheme with a quantitative score of 0.344,which was better than the quantitative results of the other two regional outburst prevention schemes.The numerical simulation showed that the time required for coal seam gas pressure drainage to be below 0.74 MPa was 67 to 85 days.This boreholes layout can provide theoretical guidance for the rock cross-cut coal uncovering in the gently inclined coal seam.
