摘要:
为量化研究高温矿井深部开采掘进巷道在抽压混合通风中设备布置及风量分配对降温效果的影响规律问题,利用ANSYS-FLUENT软件数值模拟掘进巷道通风降温模型。首先,提出双压入式混合贴附通风降温思路,并分别建立传统抽压混合通风与双压入式混合通风的巷道三维几何模型;然后,进行6组不同设备布置及风量分配的降温方案对比实验;最后,总结分析双贴附送风在掘进巷道内的降温规律和降温机制。研究结果表明:双贴附送风降温效果显著,后置压入风筒出风口布置于距掘进面30 m处且前置压入风筒与后置压入风筒送风风量比值为0.6时,掘进作业面30 m范围内温度较低且分布均匀。本文实验得出的掘进巷道气温变化规律可为其他类似条件下的通风降温系统研究提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to quantitatively study the influence law of equipment layout and air volume distribution on the cooling effect of pump-press mixed ventilation in the deep mining excavation roadway of high-temperature mine,the ANSYS-FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate the ventilation cooling model of excavation roadway.Firstly,the idea of cooling with dual press-in mixed attached ventilation was proposed,and the three-dimensional geometric models of roadways with the traditional pump-press mixed ventilation and dual press-in mixed ventilation were established respectively.Secondly,6 sets of comparative experiments on cooling schemes with different equipment layout and air volume distribution were conducted.Finally,the cooling law and cooling mechanism of the dual attached air supply in the excavation roadway were summarized and analyzed.The results showed that the dual attached air supply had a significant cooling effect.When the air outlet of rear press-in air duct was arranged at 30 m from the excavation face and the ratio of the air supply volume of front press-in air duct to that of rear press-in air duct was 0.6,the temperature within 30 m of the excavation face was relatively low and uniformly distributed.The air temperature variation law of excavation roadway obtained by the experiments in this paper can provide reference for the research of other ventilation cooling systems under similar conditions.
