摘要:
为提高尾矿库信息化安全管理水平,保障尾矿库安全平稳运行。采用无人机倾斜摄影技术对尾矿库及下游区域进行影像数据采集,创建尾矿库三维图像,并将尾矿库空间三维模型关键数据与企业设计数据进行对比分析,对尾矿库汛期防洪能力进行预测分析。结果表明:该技术能够及时发现尾矿库运行期间存在的隐患,防范化解尾矿库安全风险,提高预测尾矿库汛期防洪能力的精确性。研究结果可为尾矿库开展安全防控管理部署、制定紧急灾害救援计划提供现代化技术支撑,为提高尾矿库防控的有效性和实用性提供新的技术手段。
Abstract:
To improve the informatization safety management level and guarantee the safe and stable operation of tailings pond,the UAV oblique photography technology was used to collect the imagery data of tailings pond and downstream area.The three-dimensional images of tailings pond was created,and the key data of the spatial three-dimensional model of tailings pond were compared with the design data of enterprise to predict and analyze the flood control capability of tailings pond in flood season.The results showed that the technology could detect the hidden dangers during the operation of tailings pond in time,prevent and resolve the safety risk of tailings pond,and improve the accuracy of predicting flood control capability of tailings pond in flood season.The results can provide modern technical support for the deployment of safety prevention and control management and the formulation of emergency disaster rescue plan in tailings ponds,and provide new technical means for improving the effectiveness and practicability of tailings pond prevention and control.
