Research on influence of safety integrity management on safety behaviortaking coal mine enterprises as example

coal mine safety integrity questionnaire survey structural equation model
In order to analyze the relationship between safety integrity management and safety behavior in the coal mine, a structure equation model of safety integrity management and safety behavior for the coal mine was established, and the research was carried out in 2 coal mines by using the method of questionnaire survey. The results showed that all the safety integrity culture, the management system construction and the education and training had the positive effect on the behavior attitude and safety awareness of employees. The safety awareness of employees had the positive effect on the safety behavior. The safety integrity management of coal mine acted on the safety behavior through influencing the behavioral attitude, safety awareness and subjective norms.
