摘要:
为探究双风机并联机站局部阻力特性、完善机站局部阻力及其系数的计算公式,以实际矿井通风机站为工程背景,在分析机站流场能量损失机理的基础上,采用物理模型实验和数值计算相结合的方法,分析了机站入口分流、出口汇流的断面速度不均匀程度与机站阻力损失的关系,同时对不同宽高比的矩形断面进行多工况模拟。结果表明:断面速度不均匀性越大,速度分布重组造成的阻力损失越大;确定了机站局阻计算所需参数的合理测定位置,得出机站局阻系数计算时的综合影响系数Kc随风机工况增大而增大、随断面宽高比A增大而减小,并呈现较好的线性关系。研究结果可为多级机站通风系统通风阻力特性分析以及工程优化设计提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to explore the local resistance characteristics of the doublefan parallel station, and improve the calculation formulas of the local resistance and its coefficient of the station, taking the actual mine ventilation station as the engineering background, on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of energy loss in the flow field of fan station, the relationship between the uneven degree of sectional velocity of the inlet shunt and outlet confluence and the resistance loss of fan station was analyzed by using the combined method of physical model experiment and numerical calculation, At the same time, the simulation on the rectangular sections with different ratios of width and height under multiple working conditions was carried out. The results showed that the greater the uneven degree of sectional velocity, the greater the resistance loss caused by the velocity distribution restructuring. The reasonable measurement location of the parameters needed for the calculation of local resistance was determined. It was concluded that when calculating the local resistance coefficient of the station, the comprehensive influence coefficient Kc increased with the increase of fan’s working condition, and decreased with the increase of sectional ratio of width and height A, and there was a good linear relationship between Kc and A. The results can provide reference for the analysis of ventilation resistance characteristics and engineering optimization design of multistage ventilation system of fan station.
