摘要:
为明确事故的安全信息缺失传播机制,从而为预防伤害事故发生提供新的思路和方法,基于信息认知和模型构建的视角探讨建立伤害事故安全信息认知模型。首先,基于安全信息通用认知模型,介绍了伤害事故下的安全信息的概念;采用安全信息传播和行为认知相结合的方法,根据安全信息认知通用模型构造伤害事故安全信息认知模型,并阐述了模型的内涵,提出了伤害事故发生的5层失真和4次延迟的事故机理;探讨了伤害事故安全信息认知模型的价值和事故预防策略,揭示了事故发生的5层机理。研究结果表明:伤害事故安全信息认知模型可清晰阐明伤害事故的发生机理,具有理论和实践意义。
Abstract:
In order to clarify the transmission mechanism of lacking safety information for the accidents, thus provide the new ideas and methods for preventing the injury accidents, the establishment of the model of safety information cognition for the injury accidents was discussed from the perspectives of information cognition and model construction. Firstly, the concept of safety information for the injury accidents was introduced based on the general model of safety information cognition. Secondly, a model of safety information cognition for the injury accidents was established according to the general model of safety information cognition by using the combined method of safety information dissemination and behavior cognition, and the connotation of the model was illustrated, then the accident mechanism of five layers distortion and four times delay for the injury accidents were put forward. Finally, the value of the model and the strategies of accident prevention were discussed, and the five layers mechanism of the accident was revealed. The results showed that the model of safety information cognition for the injury accidents can clearly clarify the occurrence mechanism of the injury accidents, and it has the theoretical and practical significance.
