摘要:
为研究多车道路段无灯控人行横道的行人过街难与事故多发的问题,调查了泸州市5处人行横道的行人过街及车辆让行情况,分析了行人不同过街方式的交通延误情况。研究结果表明:传统“车让人”模式存在非必要的车辆延误,易促使车辆放弃让行,使行人被迫等待车流间隙过街,存在较大的过街阻力和安全隐患。为此,运用交通冲突技术讨论了单位车道与人行横道交织的人车协同让行关系,提出一种基于行人优先与效率原则的分车道让行模式,通过设置让行识别区和行人驻足引导人车双方按照到达时序进行相互避让。VISSIM仿真显示,该让行模式可在不过分增加行人延误的同时显著降低车辆延误。
Abstract:
To study the problems of difficult pedestrians crossing and frequent accidents in the multilane road section with the unsignalized crosswalks, the situation of pedestrians crossing and vehicles yielding at five pedestrian crosswalks in Luzhou were investigated, and the situation of traffic delay under different pedestrians crossing ways were analyzed. The result showed that the traditional "vehicles yielding pedestrians" mode existed the unnecessary vehicle delay, which was easily to prompt the vehicles to give up the yielding, and force the pedestrians to cross waiting for the traffic flow gap, so there existed the larger crossing resistance and potential safety hazard. Therefore, the cooperative yielding relationship between pedestrians and vehicles with the interweaving unit lane and crosswalk was discussed by using the traffic conflict technology, and a yielding mode of divided lanes based on the principles of pedestrian priority and efficiency was put forward, so both the pedestrians and vehicles were guided to yield each other according to the arrival sequence through setting the yielding identification zone and pedestrians stop. The VISSIM simulation showed that this yielding mode could significantly reduce the delay of vehicles without excessively increasing the delay of pedestrians.
