摘要:
为约束电力企业违章行为,提升对违章行为的风险管控效果,以聊城某供电企业为例,根据风险管控的定义与方法,辨识评价电力企业违章行为的风险因素,得出21种典型违章行为;针对21种典型违章行为,构建一套违章管控模式,依据“主要原因—重要问题—概念化措施—优化措施—固化制度和办法”的思路进行违章管控。研究结果表明:该模式对电力企业违章行为有较明显的控制作用。
Abstract:
In order to restrain the violation behavior of electric power enterprises and enhance the risk management and control effect of violation behavior, taking a power supply enterprise in Liaocheng as example, the risk factors of the violation behavior in the electric power enterprise were identified according to the definition and methods of risk management and control, and 21 typical violation behavior were obtained. Aiming at the 21 typical violation behavior, a set of violation management and control mode was constructed, and the “main reasons-important issues-conceptualization measures-optimization measures-curing system and methods” were applied to carry out the violation management and control. The results showed that this mode had an obvious control effect on the violation behavior of electric power enterprises.
