摘要:
为了解决危化品仓库堆垛布局在仓储安全和仓库利用率方面缺乏优化算法的问题,根据危化品堆垛安全距离的要求、仓库内通道设置的要求以及仓库利用率,建立了危化品堆垛安全布局优化数学模型,提出了通道设置优化和矩形布局优化结合的分层优化方法;在保证堆垛安全距离约束条件下,先通过调整通道位置进行堆垛区域划分,再采用G4动态规划排样算法优化矩形区域内货物堆垛方式,得到危化品仓库堆垛最优安全布局方案。结果表明:该算法在满足危化品仓库堆垛安全的条件下,可有效提高仓库空间利用率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the optimization algorithms in the aspects of storage safety and warehouse utilization for the layout of stacking in the hazardous chemicals warehousing are lacking, a mathematical model of the optimization on the safe layout of stacking in the dangerous chemical warehouse was established according to the requirements of safe distance for the hazardous chemicals stacking, the requirements of passages setting in the warehouse and the warehouse utilization, and a hierarchical optimization method combining the passages setting optimization with the rectangular layout optimization was put forward. Under the constraint condition of ensuring the safe distance of stacking, the division of the stacking area was carried out through adjusting the positions of passages, then the stacking way of goods in the rectangular area was optimized by using the G4 dynamic programming and nesting algorithm, and the optimal scheme of safe layout for the stacking in the hazardous chemicals warehousing was obtained. The results showed that this algorithm could effectively improve the utilization of warehouse space under the condition of meeting the safety of stacking in the hazardous chemicals warehouse.
