摘要:
基于社会对安全工程专业人才的需求,对煤矿、建筑、制造业等11个行业60家企业进行问卷调查,结果表明:企业需要专业知识全面丰富,懂技术会管理,责任心强,安全业务素质高的复合型管理人才。通过优化课程设置和授课重点,推行本科生全程导师负责制,重视创新和科研训练等方式,重点解决学生在安全知识全面系统性、问题导向式学习方法、安全责任与诚信意识以及处理安全问题所需的组织、沟通、协调能力等方面存在的问题。以此来提升安全专业人才的知识、能力及综合素质,满足企业的实际需求。
Abstract:
Based on the social requirements for the professionals of safety engineering, the questionnaire survey was carried out on 60 enterprises in 11 industries including coal, construction and manufacturing, etc. The results showed that the enterprises needed the compound management professionals with comprehensive and rich professional knowledge, capability of management and technology, strong sense of responsibility and high quality of safety business. The existing problems of the students in the aspects of the comprehensiveness and systematicness of safety knowledge, the problem oriented learning method, the safety responsibility and integrity consciousness, and the organization, communication and coordination ability needed for dealing with the safety problems were solved emphasically through optimizing the curriculum and teaching focus, implementing the whole-process supervisor responsibility system for undergraduate students, paying attention to the innovation and scientific research training, and other ways to improve the knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality of the safety professionals, so as to meet the actual requirement s of the enterprises.
