摘要:
为了弥补传统安全系数法以及可靠性理论在套管可靠性评估中的缺陷,基于区间理论提出了1种适合套管可靠性评估的非概率可靠指标,给出了套管三向强度可靠性评价模型以及相关参数最大、最小值取值方法。研究了外载变化区间均值和偏差对非概率可靠指标的影响规律。结果表明:均值增加,可靠指标线性降低、容许的载荷区间最小值增加;偏差增加,可靠指标非线性降低,并且降低率降低。套管强度影响因素变化区间偏差与可靠指标近似成线性逆相关关系。
Abstract:
To make up the defects of traditional safety coefficient method and the reliability theory in the reliability evaluation of casing, a non-probabilistic reliability index which is suitable for the casing reliability evaluation was proposed base on the interval theory. A reliability evaluation model on the triaxial strength of casing was presented, as well as the valuing methods for the maximum and minimum values of relevant parameters. The influence of the mean value and deviation of external loading variation interval on the non-probabilistic reliability index was studied. The results showed that when the mean value increases, the reliability index decreases linearly, and the allowable minimum value of load interval increases. When the deviation increases, the reliability index decreases non-linearly, and the decreasing rate decreases as well. A approximately linear inverse correlation relationship between the variation interval deviation of influencing factors for casing strength with the reliability index can be concluded.
