摘要:
为科学评价不同行业安全管理体系的适用性,基于大量文献的统计分析,提出了评估安全管理体系的2个层级指标,并通过构建结构方程模型(SEM)来分析各评价指标的关系,根据模型变量间的效应系数计算出各级指标的权重系数。利用第三方机构评估某房地产企业安全管理体系的原始数据,对比分析使用本文建立的评价指标得到的评估结果,结合理论分析,验证了该评价指标的有效性和适用性,可以合理评估不同行业安全管理体系的水平。
Abstract:
In order to evaluate the applicability of safety management system in different industries scientifically, based on the statistical analysis of a large number of literatures, the indexes at two levels were proposed to evaluate the safety management system, and the relationship between the evaluation indexes was analyzed by constructing the structural equation model (SEM). The weight coefficients of the indexes at two levels were calculated according to the effect coefficients between the model variables. According to the original data of the evaluation on the safety management system of a real estate enterprise by a third-party institution, the evaluation results obtained by the evaluation indexes established in this paper were compared to the original evaluation results. The validity and applicability of the evaluation indexes were verified by combining with the theoretical analysis, and it can reasonably evaluate the level of safety management system in different industries.
