摘要:
为了确保无底柱分段崩落法和充填法接触带的稳定性,需要选择合理的充填法和2种采矿方法并存下的最优回采顺序。为此,将2种采矿方法接触带简化为简支梁加弹簧约束的力学模型进行切应力和挠度的计算,定量分析接触带的应力变形情况。同时利用数值模拟软件,选择程潮铁矿典型剖面进行模拟,在接触带设置系列监测点,通过主应变值评判回采顺序。模拟试验结果表明:上向水平分层充填法适合保安矿柱的开采。2种采矿方法作用下5种回采顺序的模拟比较,方案a的C5→B1→C4→B2→C3→B3→C2→C1回采顺序更利于2种采矿方法接触带的稳定,说明错开协调的回采方案更优。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the stability of contact zone by the non-pillar sublevel caving method and the filling method, it is necessary to choose a reasonable filling method for pillar stoping, at the same time, to coordinate the two mining methods including filling method and non-pillar sublevel caving method, it is necessary to optimize the stoping sequence of the two mining methods. The contact zone of the two mining methods was simplified as the mechanical model of simply supported beam and spring constraint, then the shear stress and deflection were calculated, and the stress and strain of contact zone were quantitatively analyzed. At the same time, the numerical simulation software was used to simulate the typical section of Chengchao iron mine. A series of monitoring points were set up in the contact zone, and the main strain value was used to judge the stoping sequence. The results showed that the upward horizontal slicing filling method was suitable for the mining of security pillars. Through the simulation comparison on five kinds of stoping sequences by the two mining methods, it showed that the stoping sequence of C5→B1→C4→B2→C3→B3→C2→C1 in scheme a was more favorable to the stability of contact zone for the two mining methods, which indicates that the stoping scheme of staggered coordination is better.
